Ready for Spring!
I am so ready for spring. It has been so cold the past few weeks. We have had our little bit of snow and now I am ready to move on. I know this probably will not happen soon, but I can always dream of the beach. We are patiently awaiting the arrival of Carly Brooke. Her room is ready, her mom is ready, her brothers are ready and her nanna is ready. We must wait for Carly to be ready. I can't wait to see her sweet face in person. Rachel started her volleyball season last week with a bang. Her team is made up of girls that are 13 years of age. They played in a tournament last week for 16 year olds and they came in second place. They are so much fun to watch. They have so much talent, it is going to be a great year. This weekend she will play on Saturday in a local tournament and we will travel to Indianapolis on Saturday night for a tournament there all day Sunday. You gotta love it, which we do. Volleyball is one of our passions in our house. Please keep my aunt in your prayers. I know I have talked about her before on my blog. She is 48 years old, mother of 1 daughter and 1 granddaughter. She had a lung transplant 1 year ago. She has been dependant on a ventilator to breath ever since. My uncle has tried his best to take care of her at home, but she continues to struggle. She is probably going to need to go to a nursing home that specializes in ventilator patients. This is going to be very hard for her. Keep her in your prayers. Please keep both my daughters that are expecting little ones in your prayers that they will have safe deliveries with healthy babies.
Thank you God for my MANY BLESSINGS!
